PU Stone Panel Installation Guide
Step 1: Surface Preparation
Clean the wall surface and make sure it is dry, flat, and free of dust or oil.
Prepare the installation surface before applying the PU stone panels to ensure strong adhesion.
Step 2: Measure & Plan Layout
Measure the wall area and plan the panel arrangement before installation.
Mark reference lines to keep the panels aligned and achieve a natural stone effect.
Step 3: Apply Adhesive
Apply construction adhesive evenly on the back of the PU stone panel.
Use PU adhesive or suitable construction glue for strong bonding.
Step 4: Install the Panels
Press the panel firmly onto the wall and adjust the position with a level tool.
Start from the corner and install panels row by row.
Step 5: Cutting & Corner Treatment
Cut panels according to the required size and finish corners carefully.
Use proper cutting tools to achieve clean edges and a seamless appearance.
Step 6: Joint Filling & Final Touch
Fill gaps between panels and touch up the surface to complete the installation.
