Install of WPC wall panels:

1. Preparation

Clean the wall surface: remove dust, grease, and loose plaster.

Check the wall is flat and dry.

Prepare tools: tape measure, level, pencil, hand saw / jigsaw, rubber mallet, drill, screws, and adhesive (optional).

2. Choose Installation Method

A. Direct Gluing (for smooth, solid walls)

Apply structural adhesive or neutral silicone evenly on the back of the panel.

Press firmly against the wall and hold for a short time.

Use temporary supports if needed until adhesive cures.

B. Keel / Batten System (most common, for uneven walls)

Install wooden or metal battens horizontally or vertically on the wall, spaced 30–40 cm apart.

Secure battens with expansion screws or wall plugs.

Keep battens level and aligned.

3. Panel Installation

Cut panels to the required size using a fine-tooth saw.

Start from a corner or straight edge.

Insert the tongue-and-groove system tightly:

Slide the groove of the new panel onto the tongue of the installed one.

Tap gently with a rubber mallet for a tight fit.

Fix the panel to the battens with screws at the groove edge (hidden position).

Continue row by row.

4. Trimming & Finishing

Cut holes for sockets, switches, or pipes with a hole saw.

Install edge trims, corner trims, and skirting boards for a clean look.

Wipe the surface clean.

5. Important Tips

Leave a small expansion gap (3–5 mm) at corners and edges for temperature changes.

Do not install in direct contact with strong heat sources.

Keep panels dry during installation.
