How To Repair A Broken PVC Wall Panel

Use gaskets and soldering iron: This method is suitable for situations with large cracks. First, heat the expansion screw with an electric soldering iron, and then fill the cracks with the heated expansion screw and gasket. Afterwards, cover the repaired area with putty powder or wall repair paste to make it look the same as new. 

Use professional repair glue: For minor bumps or scratches, professional repair glue can be used for repair. First, apply the repair glue to the area that needs to be repaired, then use a wooden stick to level it, let it dry, use sandpaper to polish it, and finally apply paint of the same color as the surrounding area. 

Use paraffin and gloves: For scratches on the surface, paraffin and gloves can be used for repair. First, wipe the surface with a clean damp cloth, then apply paraffin to the area that needs to be repaired, wipe evenly with gloves, and finally wipe clean with a cotton cloth.

Use dedicated sealing tape: When there is only slight damage to the appearance of the PVC board, a dedicated sealing tape can be used for repair. 

Use repair glue: For minor internal damage, specialized repair glue should be used for repair.

Use an iron can lid and metal wire: If the opening is small, the lid of the iron can be used as a liner, and the metal wire can be inserted through the lid into the opening to secure the lid and reinforced with a wooden stick on the outside. 

Using mixture and hydrated lime: Apply the mixture to the wall, then apply the steel plate repair mixture to the wall panel, and finally apply the adhesive evenly mixed with hydrated lime and water to the wall panel.
